At Crown & Veil, we truly hope you love every item you receive. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the return process simple and smooth.
How to Request a Return
If you’d like to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. You can also start your return by visiting our Returns Page. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
Return Requirements:
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, tag attached, and in their original condition.
- A $3.99 restocking fee applies to each return.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Details:
- You’ll receive a full refund of the item cost, minus the round-trip shipping fee.
- If you paid using Crown & Veil store credit, your refund will be issued back as store credit.
- Store credit refunds will appear in your account within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
- Credit/debit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to process.
- Please note: any promotions or discounts used will not be reimbursed.
